Best for property sites
What a real estate HTML template actually needs
An agency site is a catalog. Visitors come to see properties, compare a few facts, and ask a question. A handsome homepage with no detail page pushes that work onto whoever edits the site later, which usually means it never gets done.
Three different jobs
Emlak documents the widest set: property grids, lists, a detail page, project layouts, and a dark mode, around $20 on the listing we checked. It fits a firm that shows both listings and built work. Homely is the listing-first alternative, with a January 2026 Bootstrap note and a few dozen sales, and a softer public inventory. HomePick is the Bootstrap 5 newcomer from December 2025. Choose it when the stack matters and you have time to judge a young demo.
What HTML will not do
None of these files is an MLS connection, a saved-search account, or a live offer system. Forms named “submit property” or “my account” are front-end patterns until a developer attaches them to storage. If the business needs live data, budget that work separately and use the template as the public face.
Photography decides the design
Real estate layouts are frames for pictures. If the only strong images in the demo are the ones that shipped with the theme, the site will look like the theme. Plan a photo pass before launch: exterior, one interior sequence, and a floor plan or map if you promise either on the page.
Side-by-side notes are on the real estate category page.
