Homely

Verdict

Homely is sold as a general property site for buying, selling, renting, and investing, and the listing highlights a property section that runs from apartments to larger homes. About 42 sales and a 16 January 2026 changelog are the solid facts: Bootstrap upgraded, responsive work for mobile and tablet, type and spacing, and cross-browser fixes. The marketing copy is vague about how many listing layouts you actually get. That puts it a step behind Emlak on documented structure and a step ahead on visible maintenance and sales. At about $25 it is worth a demo session if your site is a catalog of listings first. Do not confuse it with other products that reuse the Homely name on other marketplaces.
