Verdict

Emlak is the clearest real-estate structure in this set. The listing describes three homepages, a dark mode, property grids in more than one column count, sidebar and list variants, a slider, and a detail page. Projects get tabs, a grid, and a slider. It also lists team layouts, testimonials, FAQ, a blog, a submit-property form, an account form, and a booking form. For about $20 that is a lot of relevant surface area. The same breadth is a warning if you only market one house. You will be maintaining listing chrome you do not need. A March 2026 note mentions broad PHP and server compatibility lines that read like a platform boilerplate, so do not treat that line as a deep code audit.

Listing changelog includes a 18 March 2026 compatibility note. The dollar figure above is the public list price we saw. Confirm it before you buy.

Who it is for

  • Brokerages that publish many properties and a project portfolio
  • Architecture or construction firms that also show work for sale or lease
  • Teams that want dark mode already represented in the theme

Who should skip it

  • A single luxury listing where the house is the whole site
  • Agents who need a live MLS feed. This is a static HTML presentation layer

Pros

  • Property and project layouts are itemized, not implied
  • Forms for submit, account, and booking are named
  • Dark mode is part of the listing
  • The price is modest for the page variety described

Cons

  • Static HTML will not sync listings from an external database by itself
  • The compatibility changelog line is generic
  • Teams with one active listing will carry unused templates

Best use cases

  • A boutique agency site with a manual listing catalog
  • A design-build firm showing projects beside properties
  • A brochure site that collects inquiries while a fuller property system is planned
